Russian American Goodwill Associates is a private organization created in 1992 to help the development of trade, commerce and cultural exchange between Russia and the United States on the basis of mutual interests and goodwill toward each other.

W. George Krasnow is the founder and president of RAGA. He is a recognized scholar, experienced teacher, certified translator/interpreter and has extensive experience in academic and business circles in the US and the N.I.S. George is a native Russian, born in Perm, and a naturalized US citizen. For more information about his background, qualifications, and recent experience, click here
Andrei Nikitchyuk is an aerospace engineer by training and a business expert by experience. He has a military background from his education at the Mozhaisky Aviation Institute in St. Petersburg, Russia, and served in the Russian Space Exploration Program at the Baikonur launch site in Kazakhstan. He is a certified translator/interpreter and has been a successful consultant for business and technical issues relating to Russia and the NIS for over five years. Andrei is a native of Sevastopol, Ukraine, and a naturalized U.S. citizen.
Erin Nikitchyuk aids RAGA with their publicity. She is a graduate of Bryn Mawr College with a degree in Russian Language & Area Studies. She has over five years trade association experience and brings a knowledge of computers to RAGA. She has lived in Russia and speaks Russian fluently. She is a Washington D.C. native.
